I don't have any ready answers. But I think it is worth thinking about itself. Use those days of AI liberation to think. Instead of spending these time worrying, chasing, trying to prove that it still works.
Finally, with regard to the one hour-a-day proposal for action in the article, I would like to add that, in that hour, apart from letting AI do your job, you can ask it those questions you dare not ask yourself. What would I really want to do if I didn't have to make a living? If all evaluation systems fail, do I recognize my value?
AI will not answer these questions for us. But it can help us to raise the voices of these issues so that we can no longer ignore them.
This, perhaps, is what it gives us, the most important thing.
